"Try to get a insurance quote for my vehicle and the old lady Twyla Krause she's so rude and unprofessional. She ask me couple questions that has nothing to do with car insurance. She must forgot to take her medicine"

"I agree with some of the previous reviews. If you like State Farm, avoid this agent. Paula White’s agents do not work in your best interests; they attempt to sell you unnecessary coverage; they do not honor State Farm discounts you are entitled to; they do not promptly process policy changes you request; and they may attempt to block a change to another agent, as it happened to me, something I found very unprofessional. Paula White’s agents appear to be on a quest to maximize commissions by artificially increasing premiums and pressing the customer to buy unusually high, unneeded, liability coverage. Furthermore, they refuse to honor a customer’s request for changes of a policy, or artificially delaying cancellations or modifications of a policy in order to keep the customer paying longer, sometimes for months. They said State Farm had not processed the changes, when in fact the agent failed to submit my request, as I later found from the central office. I also found Paula White’s agents do not honor some discounts State Farm offers to good drivers without claims, or low-mileage drivers, again as a result of incompetency, or apparently to maximize the agent’s commissions. Also, each time I called them to buy a policy for a new vehicle, the agent pressed me to increase the liability coverage and to buy more options of my other policies, usually by scaring me with horrible stories about the untold risks. Lastly, when I asked Sate Farm to switch to another agent, I found Paula White’s agents attempted to block it in order to keep me under their wing, something I find very unprofessional. I remark I never had a claim. I cannot image how difficult it would be to deal with this agent if I had one. I have been with State Farm for many years in different states. I have never had a claim. When I moved to SC, I picked the nearest agent, Paula White. This was a mistake that cost me a lot of extra money and headaches. Choose another agent nearby who has a better track record of customer service."

"Extremely rude customer service. Raised my rates and when I asked why the agent became very rude and then blamed me (all I did was move). They do not communicate with each other. I have been with State Farm for more than 20 years, thinking of leaving them due to this persons actions. I will certainly change agencies. Beware. Avoid."
